🔥 Open interest heatmap

Open interest heatmap

The whole futures market in one picture. Every coin is a tile sized by how much open interest it carries and colored by whether longs or shorts are crowded, with a coin by exchange grid underneath so you can see exactly where the leverage sits. Live, glass-box, includes WLFI. Not financial advice.

Market map · size = open interest, color = crowding

Bigger tile means a bigger book of open leverage. Green means longs are crowded on that coin, red means shorts are. Hover any tile for the detail.
Longs crowded Shorts crowded Balanced Tile area = share of total open interest

Coin × exchange heat grid

Each cell is open interest held on that venue. Brighter cells hold more leverage, so you can spot where each coin's positioning is concentrated.

How this is built (glass-box): for every coin we read the live open interest from each venue we track and the current long/short split. The market map draws each coin as a rectangle whose area is its share of total open interest, colored green when longs are crowded and red when shorts are, so the biggest and most one-sided books jump out. The grid below plots the same open interest per exchange, brighter where more leverage sits. Open interest is the dollar value of leveraged positions still open. Straight from each exchange's API (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid), combined in your browser. No third-party aggregator. Not financial advice.
